• The HJC CL-15 Mutant is a full face snowmobile helmet. Note that this comes fitted with the electric snow shield. Also included is the power cord for the shield.
• The image shows the helmet with the standard dual lens shield. You will receive the helmet with an installed HJC electric snow shield. We do not have an image of the helmet with the electric shield installed. You will not receive the standard dual lens shield.
• DOT and M2005 Snell approved
• Shell constructed of injection-molded polycarbonate composite which is lightweight
• Comes fitted with the electric snow shield, power cord and removable breath guard
• Optional snow shields available for this helmet include: regular dual lens snow shield (our part number 43116), smoke or amber dual lens snow shields (our part number 43116, then choose tinting choice)
• Shield removes easily and without the need for tools
• Interior is removable and washable. Cheek pads are made of Nylex.
• Channeled, Dual Density EPS (expanded polystyrene) liner
• Shell has a aerodynamic shape with an extra large eye port for greater visibility
• Flow-Through "ACS" Advanced Channeling Ventilation System with dual flow-through channels; 2 high capacity, multi-stage, forehead intake vents and 2 rear venturi exhaust vents
• Anti-Fog system with adjustable side chin bar mounted vortex vents which create a low-pressure vacuum effect drawing heat and moisture out of the face shield area. Also, adjustable chin vent re-directs air upward and across shield interior
• Next Generation 2 Stage Compression Shield Closure System
• A two-stage pivot mechanism compresses the shield into the eye port gasket providing an extremely secure seal
• Streamline, wrap-around neck roll reduces wind noise
• Nylon chin strap is padded, secures with  double D rings  and features a retention snap which neatly secures excess chin strap
