• The AFX FX-97 is a modular snowmobile helmet. This means that the entire front flips up. This is a handy feature when you stop for a brief rest. Once stopped, flip up the front and you can more easily communicate. Also very handy for those who wear glasses. When you're ready to begin riding again, simply flip the front down. Can be operated with one hand.
• This helmet is DOT approved
• Comes fitted with a double lens snow shield
• Optional snow shields available for this helmet include: electric snow shield (our part number 57093)
• Comes with molded thermal formed breath guard (removal able)
• Shell is aerodynamic and constructed using advanced thermoplastic poly alloy

• Flush fit chin and forehead vents provide ventilation
• Flush fit side coverless shield makes removal of shield easy
